Our Approach
The Regen approach has two socio-economic challenges at its heart:
- The UK is facing a huge shortfall in both public funding and private finances, meaning much-needed capital projects – health, leisure & community schemes – are not being delivered.
- There is a critical need for more affordable housing within the UK, including step-up/step-down, multi-generation affordable living and later life.
In its simplest form, Regen Partner work closely with our clients to identify and unlock mis- or dis-used land assets, with an aim of transforming this land into strategic affordable living units.
The income generated from these units then facilitates the delivery of much needed capital projects – often leisure centres, community hubs, or health facilities – which, in turn, improves the health and wellbeing of their communities.
Our goal is to create vibrant, sustainable, healthy living communities, promoting good health and supporting wider placemaking agendas.
